This property was brought pre-auction – we completed on a bridge, due to auction conditions, in late August 2022.

The plan for this property was to get vacant possession, as it was an occupied HMO with difficult tenants. Then we will reinstate the property into a single dwelling, a luxury family home.

Works are looking to start in early April 2023 and we hope to go to market in early July 2023. We have secured a term mortgage at a better rate with Fleet using our same legal team at Sam Hawkins.
